You’ll receive a clear, easy-to-follow, in-scale floor plan that helps you visualize how each piece fits together so you can bring your refreshed space to life with confidence.

30-minute virtual consultation with one of our designers to discuss your aesthetic and needs
A downloadable power point presentation giving you all of the details you can refer back to
An in scale floor plan with a furnishing layout and dimensions 
 
What to expect:
 
Once purchasing this package, one of our designers will contact with you within 24 hours via email to schedule a virtual appointment in which we will discuss specific details about your space. A questionnaire form will also be sent to you in the same email. Then a follow up meeting will be scheduled for a power point presentation of the floor plan for feedback and adjustments if necessary.
 
We will require an existing floor plan with dimensions along with pictures of your space. This can be your current home plans, digital drawing or a hand sketch.
Further communication will take place via email.
All deliverables will be sent via email.
The turnaround time for this project is up to 3-4 weeks. 
 
Please note: The client is responsible with providing the correct measurements of their space. The price listed is per room. Great rooms bigger than 300sqft are classified as distinct areas based on their use, due to their sourcing and visual representations. 
 
This service does not include any product or furniture sourcing. All sales are final and non refundable.
