We take the guesswork out of furniture placement by developing a clear, in-scale layout that prioritizes flow, comfort, and usability. Every recommendation is grounded in your lifestyle — from daily routines to entertaining needs — ensuring your space feels balanced, intuitive, and thoughtfully arranged.
You’ll receive a professionally prepared floor plan that defines focal points, ideal furniture sizes, spacing, and configurations, giving you the clarity and confidence to move forward with purpose.

Pre-project design questionnaire to understand your space, lifestyle, and priorities
30-minute one-on-one virtual consultation with a designer to align on needs and functionality
An in-scale furniture layout with dimensions
- Final one-on-one project presentation with a designer via Zoom
A downloadable Power Point PDF presentation outlining the layout and design rationale
What to Expect
Once your purchase is complete, our design team will contact you via email within 24 hours to schedule your virtual consultation and provide access to the design questionnaire.
You’ll be asked to share an existing floor plan with dimensions, along with photos of your space. This may include architectural drawings, a digital layout, or a clearly labeled hand sketch.
After your consultation, we’ll create your customized layout and present it during a scheduled virtual review for feedback and refinement if needed.
All deliverables will be sent via email. Please allow 3–4 weeks for project completion.
Important Notes
Pricing is per small space. Spaces over 100 sq. ft. may be classified as distinct areas based on use and visual scope and may require an additional design investment.
Accurate measurements must be provided by the client.
This service does not include a furniture placement plan or scaled drawings.
All sales are final and non-refundable.
